Permanent Ferrite magnetic roller is with unique magnetic circuit design, and consists of qualified stainless steel, Ferrite magnets inside, its magnetic force will be lower than rare earth magnetic roller, it is used to roughly separate ferromagnetic contaminants, iron particles from the production streams in the belt conveyor systems, usually Ferrite magnetic roller is installed at the beginning or in the middle of production line.

Application

Permanent Ferrite magnetic roller is usually installed at the head of conveyor belt to roughly separate iron particles or ferromagnetic contaminants from the good material. And it is widely used in plastic, recycling, mining, coaling industry and so on.
