Working principle:

The ore slurry enters the cavity of the scrubbing machine , at the action of the strong stir of the impeller,the ore slurry produces violent turbulence.
The ore particles have great momentum and there is a lot of friction and collision . The impurities on the surface of the ore are easily removed from the mineral surface by friction and impact due to their low strength. However, the cementites on mineral surface will be loose and broken up after being soaked by water and then after the strong friction collision between ore particles, so as to achieve the separation of clay and ore particles .
